I have something to return, What shall I do?

Gilluxe Lighting accept returns for items that require repair or replacement under warranty.

Please refer to the returns policy

Under warranty, if products more than 3% defective for driver and chips, our factory will give replacement goods with next order.  Customers are required to send a video or picture to show the problem products without return back the goods.

How do I place an order?

How do I make payment?

If you have confirmed the order with our sales, please make the payment according to the Pro-forma Invoice, We accept Western Union for small order amount.

For official order we required T/T payment: 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before shipping.

What is the Lead time for my order?

Our producing Lead Time will be within 25 days after confirmed artwork design and deposit paid.

Where can I find prices?

Please send your required product to our sales department: misha@gilluxe.com to request a quotation, One of our sales consultants will send you a quotation within 48 hours.

Can I visit?

Certainly. We sincerely welcome visitors to our company however we do not operate as a retail premises and therefore do not offer a walk in service. Please contact the office or sales to arrange appointment in case any visiting when in holidays.

When are Gilluxe lighting open?

Office hours are: Monday to Saturday 08.45-12:00; 14:00- 18.00 | (Closed on Sunday)
